NOTE: Please bring your own sewing machine and notions. A list of suggested materials will be supplied 90 days prior to the retreat, including a
list for all projects. If you are unable to bring a machine, one may be rented for a nominal fee. Brand and machine cannot be guaranteed and on a first request first reserved basis.
All camp participants are required to sign a waiver and release form during registration. Failure to do so, will result in your reservation being cancelled.
Your registration is not confirmed until you receive an invoice from Pride & Proud Designs. Upon receipt of your payment, you will then receive a confirmation of your registration. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver and complete a confidential medical form. Medical forms will be collected at the retreat and kept in a sealed, individual envelope. They will be returned upon your departure. All completed registrations are NON REFUNDABLE, if we are able to fill your spot your registration will be returned to you less a $35 processing fee.
